Paso 6
A
Antecedente
Qué pasó inmediatamente antes. Específico, no "durante la sesión".
During the transition from the play area to table work, the RBT delivered a two minute warning and presented the instruction to sit.
B
Behavior
The client engaged in 3 instances of elopement, leaving the work area and moving toward the door.
F
Función
Atribuida al plan, nunca a tu análisis. Va en una frase corta.
consistent with the escape function documented in the behavior plan,
C
Consecuencia, lo que tú hiciste
La intervención del plan, nombrada. No "lo manejé".
The RBT blocked access to the door, re-presented the instruction and implemented escape extinction by maintaining the demand.
R
Respuesta del cliente
Cómo terminó y con qué lo reforzaste.
The client returned to the table within 45 seconds and completed the task with a gestural prompt, and was reinforced with access to the trampoline.
Y así se lee todo junto
During the transition from the play area to table work, the RBT delivered a two minute warning and presented the instruction to sit. se le negó el acceso a algo
se le retiró un ítem preferido
terminó una actividad preferida
se repitió la instrucción

Ejemplos de conductas
elopement
aggression
self-injurious behavior
property destruction
non-compliance
vocal stereotypy
tantrum
grabbing items
screaming
dropping to the floor
The client engaged in 10 instances of grabbing items during the community outing, consistent with the tangible function documented in the plan. The RBT prompted a request for the item using most-to-least prompting and reinforced each appropriate request within three seconds. By the end of the outing the client requested 4 of the last 5 items without a prompt.
At the community park, the client was initially engaged with bubbles and a textured ball.
De qué actividad venía
The client had just transitioned from the play structure when session activities began.
Qué hubo que interrumpir para empezar
Initial contact required redirection from vocal stereotypy before structured work could begin.
Qué preparaste antes de empezar
The RBT prepared the session by presenting a visual schedule and previewing upcoming transitions.
Para cerrar
Qué datos se estuvieron tomando
Data collection was ongoing for both target behaviors and replacement responses.
Cómo respondió el cliente a las intervenciones
The client participated in scheduled activities and showed progress toward independent use of replacement skills.
Qué se prioriza la próxima sesión
The RBT will continue to prioritize generalization of replacement skills in novel activities.
✗He got upset when I took the iPad away.
✓When the RBT removed the tablet, the client dropped to the floor and cried for 3 minutes, consistent with the tangible function documented in the behavior plan. The RBT prompted the client to request the item and delivered access after 30 seconds of appropriate waiting.
✗He ran off a few times during transitions.
✓During the transition from play to table work, the client engaged in 3 instances of elopement, leaving the work area and moving toward the door. The RBT blocked access to the door, re-presented the instruction and maintained the demand. The client returned to the table within 45 seconds with a gestural prompt.
✗He hit a kid because the kid took his toy.
✓After a peer removed a preferred toy, the client engaged in 1 instance of aggression, hitting the peer on the arm, consistent with the tangible function identified in the plan. The RBT blocked the response, prompted the client to request a turn and reinforced the appropriate request with access to the toy.
✗He started hitting himself because he did not want to work.
✓Following the presentation of a two step instruction, the client engaged in 4 instances of self-injurious behavior, striking the side of his head with an open hand. The RBT implemented response blocking, reduced the demand to a one step instruction and reinforced compliance with a 2 minute break.
✗He threw everything on the floor.
✓After the RBT presented the sorting task, the client engaged in 1 instance of property destruction, throwing the materials to the floor, consistent with the escape function documented in the plan. The RBT maintained the demand, prompted the client to pick up the materials with a gestural prompt and reinforced task completion with verbal praise.
Habilidades y programas
✗He asked for water by himself, which was great.
✓During the snack routine, the client independently manded for water using a full sentence, with no prompting from the RBT. The response was reinforced with immediate access to the item.
ObservasteIdentificó 7 de 10 objetos, 3 con ayuda de gesto
✗He did well with his receptive program, only needed a little help.
✓During the receptive identification program, the client responded correctly on 7 of 10 trials independently and on 3 of 10 trials with a gestural prompt. Correct responses were reinforced with verbal praise and token delivery.
ObservasteImitó 5 de 8 movimientos cuando le modelaste
✗He copied most of the movements.
✓During the gross motor imitation program, the client imitated 5 of 8 modeled movements with a model prompt and did not respond on 3 trials. The RBT re-presented the non-responded trials at the end of the block.
✗He washed his hands with some help.
✓During the hand washing task analysis, the client completed 6 of 8 steps independently and required a partial physical prompt on the rinsing and drying steps. Independent steps increased from 4 in the previous session.
ObservasteHacía ruidos repetitivos sin dirigirse a nadie
✗He was stimming a lot today.
✓The client engaged in vocal stereotypy, emitting repetitive humming not directed toward anyone, aligned with the automatic function documented in the plan. The RBT used response interruption and redirection and reinforced appropriate vocalizations.
Ayuda, refuerzo y progreso
ObservasteLe ayudaste menos que la semana pasada
✗He is improving, needed less help than before.
✓The client completed the task with a gestural prompt, a reduction from the partial physical prompt required in previous sessions for the same target.
✗I gave him a reward and he was happy.
✓Upon task completion the RBT delivered verbal praise and 2 minutes of access to the trampoline as reinforcement. The client returned to the work area at the end of the interval without vocal protest.
✗We used the token board and it worked.
✓The token economy described in the plan was in effect throughout the session. The client earned 12 tokens across programs and exchanged them for access to a preferred activity at two scheduled points.
ObservasteAlcanzó el criterio del programa
✗He finally mastered it.
✓The client responded correctly on 10 of 10 trials independently, the third consecutive session at this level for this target. The RBT reported the result to the supervisor for review.
Cambios ambientales
✗There were a lot of people and he was distracted.
✓Two family visitors were present in the session area throughout the appointment. Under these conditions the client required a gestural prompt on targets he had completed independently in previous sessions, and vocal stereotypy increased from 2 to 5 instances.
ObservasteLa mamá te dijo que durmió poco
✗Mom said he did not sleep and that is why he was like that.
✓Caregiver reported that the client slept approximately 4 hours the previous night. Latency to respond increased across programs and the client required an additional break during table work.
✗We went to the park today for a change.
✓The session was conducted at the community park as scheduled. Targets were run in the natural environment, using playground equipment and peers present as opportunities for manding and turn taking.
✗We did not have time for everything.
✓Six of the eight assigned programs were run during the session. The two remaining programs were not presented due to the duration of the behavior episodes described above, and the RBT reported this to the supervisor.
ObservasteEl cliente se enfermó a la mitad
✗He got sick so we stopped.
✓Approximately 50 minutes into the session the caregiver reported that the client had a fever and the session was ended early at 4:05 PM. The RBT notified the supervisor and documented the data collected up to that point.
ObservasteLa familia interrumpió varias veces
✗The family kept interrupting the session.
✓Session activities were interrupted on 3 occasions by household activity in the session area. The RBT redirected the client back to the task after each interruption and reported the pattern to the supervisor for scheduling review.

Paso 15
Dudas frecuentes
