The RBT reads it, edits what they want and pastes it into the EMR with one click. The clinician signs; ABAIQ never submits anything on its own.

The QA Suite is the supervision portal. Each note the team finalizes is checked against the client's current assessment or reassessment, the protocol modifications in effect on that date, the agency's own criteria and the insurer's rules. The supervisor sees exactly what to accept and what to send back.
When an RBT finishes a note, they send it to their supervisor from the extension. It lands in the supervisor's inbox already reviewed, with findings listed.
Upload a month of notes for a client or a caseload and get back the ones that need correction, with the reason for each. Resubmit the corrected set and confirm they pass.
Assessments, reassessments and protocol modifications are kept per client with their dates, so every note is judged against the plan that was in force that day.
Your criteria are templates the Suite applies to every session. Insurer rules are loaded per client. Both can be switched on or off per batch.

La QA Suite es el portal de supervisión. Cada nota que el equipo finaliza se revisa contra el assessment o reassessment vigente del cliente, las modificaciones de protocolo en vigor en esa fecha, los criterios de la agencia y las reglas del seguro. El supervisor ve exactamente qué aceptar y qué devolver.
Cuando un RBT termina una nota, se la envía a su supervisor desde la extensión. Llega a la bandeja del supervisor ya revisada, con los hallazgos listados.
Sube un mes de notas de un cliente o de un caseload y recibe las que necesitan corrección, con el motivo de cada una. Vuelve a subir las corregidas y confirma que pasan.
Assessments, reassessments y modificaciones de protocolo se guardan por cliente con sus fechas, así cada nota se juzga contra el plan que estaba en vigor ese día.
Tus criterios son plantillas que la Suite aplica a cada sesión. Las reglas del seguro se cargan por cliente. Ambas se pueden activar o desactivar por lote.
Las agencias pierden notas en dos puntos: cuando se escriben sin el plan delante del RBT, y cuando nadie las revisa antes de facturar. La extensión resuelve lo primero. La Suite resuelve lo segundo. El bono existe para que la agencia que licencia a quienes escriben reciba también al revisor, para el volumen que produce un caseload real.
