Our Story
ABAIQ was born from a simple frustration that every ABA therapist knows too well: spending hours writing session notes instead of focusing on what matters most — the clients.
Our founding team is made up of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who spent years in the field documenting sessions by hand. We saw firsthand how the documentation burden leads to burnout, late submissions, and less time for clinical decision-making.
We asked ourselves: what if technology could handle the documentation, so therapists could focus on therapy?

What We Do
ABAIQ is an AI-powered documentation assistant designed specifically for Applied Behavior Analysis. It generates professional, clinical-quality session note drafts in seconds based on your session inputs — right inside your practice management system.

How It Works
ABAIQ is designed for simplicity and transparency. Here's what happens when you use it:
- The extension reads clinical session data that is already visible on your screen — similar to how a spell-checker reads text you can already see.
- Your session inputs are sent securely to our AI provider (with a Business Associate Agreement in place) to generate a clinical note draft.
- The generated note appears in your browser for you to review, edit, and approve before using it.
- Once you close the extension or export your note, no copy remains on our servers. We never store the content of your notes.
